Terms & Conditions
All orders will be despatched on the day you specify, if no delivery day is specified, items will be sent on the next dispatching day.
All deliveries will be sent with interlink and they deliver between the hours of 8.30am - 7pm.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery upon arrival.
Items can be left safe using a special instruction, which must be stated on your order or have been stated upon ordering on the phone.
Please note all postage quotes are for deliveries Tuesday to Friday.
Couriers cannot collect at the weekend so Monday deliveries are not an option.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged but they are expensive at £22+vat per consignment upto 30kg.
We try to encourage mid-week/ weekday deliveries.
During adverse weather conditions we ask you to be aware of the implications it can have on the couriers. It is sensible to order and have your bait delivered during the week in case of any problems on the friday. We will do everything we can to ensure your baits get delivered but when the courier cannot reach you due to snow we cannot offer refunds. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
If items are out of stock at the time of despatch similar items may be placed in your order as replacement. For example if a Mackerel fillet has been ordered but is not in stock at the time of despatch, a whole Mackerel will be put in its place. We will always call you to check if this is ok before proceeding.
As all anglers know live baits are a very tricky product to supply, we have to work with the tides and weather etc etc. We will always do our best to provide all your worms on your specified delivery date, but sometimes we fall short all descrepencies must be notified within 24 hours of deliverey. The more notice you can give us the better, it will help us to fullfill your order with plenty of time,

Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we cannot accept returns.
We will refund payments if a product is missing from your order.
We always ensure we line every parcel with plenty of newspaper and use ice packs to ensure all products leave here in the best condition possible.
We don't refund for orders which have defrosted in cases such as few amounts of packets of sandeels/ cart bangers etc. We will do our best to keep all items frozen but common sense is required when ordering. Obviously the more bulky products you order the better they will travel. Try not to order 1 packet and expect it to arrive frozen solid.
